What We Fix
Desktop PCs, laptops, and the stuff connected to them. If it plugs in and misbehaves, it's probably on this list.
Slow or Misbehaving PC
Tune-ups, startup cleanup, virus and malware removal, and the kind of deep troubleshooting that actually finds the cause instead of masking the symptom.
Won't Turn On / No Display
Power issues, boot failures, blue screens, dead displays. Component-level diagnosis to tell you exactly what failed and what it costs to fix.
Laptop Repair
Slow laptops, battery and keyboard swaps, RAM and SSD upgrades, overheating, and honest "worth fixing or not" calls — on-site across Charlotte, no shipping your laptop off to a counter.
Upgrades
SSD swaps that make an old machine feel new, RAM upgrades, graphics cards, power supplies. Parts recommendations matched to your budget, installed on the spot.
Custom PC Builds
Gaming rigs, workstations, and budget builds. Help picking parts, full assembly, cable management, and setup. Built in front of you or delivered ready to go.
New PC Setup & Data Transfer
Out of the box to fully yours: accounts, printers, file transfer from the old machine, and removal of the junkware it shipped with.
Wi-Fi & Home Network
Dead zones, slow speeds, router setup, and getting every device in the house actually talking to each other.
Pricing: every job is quoted up front after diagnosis, and nothing happens until you approve it. The only fixed cost is the $49.99 travel and diagnostic fee that books your visit and covers the on-site diagnosis. If your approved repair comes to $125 or more in labor, the full fee is credited toward your bill — parts are purchased separately and are not included in that total.
How It Works
-
1. Tell us what's wrong
Fill out the request form below with your area and a description of the problem. You'll get a response the same day in most cases.
-
2. Book your visit – $49.99 travel and diagnostic fee
If it sounds like something we can help with, you'll receive a secure payment link for the flat $49.99 travel and diagnostic fee. It covers the trip to you anywhere in the Charlotte area plus a full on-site diagnosis of the problem. Pay with credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay.
-
3. Get your confirmation
As soon as the fee clears, you get a confirmation email with your appointment details and a direct phone line for anything that comes up before the visit.
-
4. We show up and fix it
Diagnosis happens at your place, in front of you. You get a clear quote for the repair, and work starts only after you say yes.
Why a travel and diagnostic fee?
It keeps the visit honest in both directions. You're not paying inflated repair prices that quietly bake in drive time — for a flat $49.99 a technician comes to you and fully diagnoses the problem, even if you decide not to move forward with the repair afterward. It's the same flat rate for everyone in the service area.
Real Hands-On Repair, Not Guesswork
Fifteen years of building, troubleshooting, and repairing PCs — the same tools, mat, and diagnostic gear come with every visit. Work happens in front of you, on a proper ESD-safe surface, with your parts labeled and tracked. Nothing goes back together until it's tested.
Service Area
Charlotte, NC and the immediately surrounding area. Uptown, South End, NoDa, University City, Ballantyne, Steele Creek, Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Huntersville and nearby neighborhoods.
Just outside that range? Send an inquiry anyway. If the trip is workable we'll tell you straight; if it isn't, we'll say that too instead of wasting your time.
Common Questions
How does the $49.99 travel and diagnostic fee work?
It covers the trip to your location, a full on-site diagnosis of the problem, and books your appointment. It's paid securely online before the visit, and it's the same flat rate everywhere in the service area. Repair work is quoted separately after the diagnosis, and you approve the price before anything happens. If your approved repair comes to $125 or more in labor, the fee is credited toward the bill — parts are purchased separately and are not counted toward that total.
Do I have to bring my computer anywhere?
No. The whole point is that you don't. The repair happens at your home or office, with you watching as much or as little as you like.
What payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay. All payments run through Square's secure hosted checkout; your card number is never stored by us.
What if my computer can't be fixed?
Then you'll hear that honestly, along with what a sensible replacement looks like for your budget. You only ever pay for work you approved.
How fast can someone come out?
Inquiries are usually answered the same day, and evening and weekend appointments are available. Exact scheduling depends on the current queue.
Do you work on Macs?
Software issues, upgrades on older models, and setup help, yes. Late-model Macs with soldered components have limited repair options anywhere; if that's the situation, you'll get a straight answer about it.
Request Service
Describe the problem and you'll get a personal reply, usually the same day. No bots, no call center.
